The purpose and goal of the cultural manifestation “Viminacium Fest – Myths old and new” is to promote theatrical values, to elevate acting as a profession and a collective artistic goal, to highlight the importance of the City of Požarevac and the cultural institutions of Požarevac in the cultural and artistic life, as well as to promote Viminacium as an important cultural and historical locality. The author, selector and artistic director of “Viminacium Fest – Myths old and new” is Mr. Mihajlo Nestorović, director of the Youth Theater in Novi Sad.
